Church renewal calls for more than technical skill — it asks an architect to understand a community’s ministry and mission. I work closely with parish councils and congregations to shape spaces that facilitate worship, gathering and daily life, with the same care the original building deserves.

Boutique commercial projects reward close attention — to brand, to craft, to how a space is actually used day to day. I work with businesses on smaller, considered commercial buildings, where quality of detail matters more than scale, and every decision reflects the client.

Bespoke residential design is about achieving more from every square metre — more light, more quality, more considered use of space and budget. I work closely with clients to design homes that feel genuinely tailored to how they live, built to last and crafted with real care.

We really appreciated Andrew’s design and vision. There were so many moments during the build when we thought, ‘That was a really smart decision on Andrew’s part.’ We’re incredibly grateful for the gifts, thoughtfulness and professionalism he brought to the project.

Pastor Mike Leong – Cross Life Asquith

It’s wonderful to see the completed work of the architect and builder, and to see this church continue to play such an important role at the heart of the local community.

I’ve spent twenty-five years in practice, working across nearly every building typology and scale, on projects recognised among the most awarded internationally. What’s here is a considered selection — the work I care enough about to document properly.

Most of my attention now goes to three kinds of project: renewal for church communities, bespoke homes, and boutique commercial work. They differ in scale and register, but each asks for the same thing underneath — a building shaped closely around the people who will use it, rather than around a formula.
